1. Processing & Fulfillment Times
Order Processing: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., fresh sea moss gel, meal prep orders) may require an additional 1-2 days for preparation.
High-Demand Periods: During peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
We do NOT process orders on Thursday, Friday, weekends or major U.S. holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

📍 Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
📍 Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (only available for certain products)
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Delays beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, peak season demand) may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge.
International shipping is NOT available at this time.

4. Perishable & Special Handling Items
Cold/Perishable Items (Sea Moss Gel, Meal Prep, etc.)
• Shipped with ice packs (if necessary) to maintain freshness.
• Must be refrigerated upon arrival to preserve quality.
• No weekend shipping for perishable items to prevent delays.

5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
• Incorrect Addresses: If the address provided is incorrect and results in a delivery failure, customers are responsible for additional reshipping fees.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you for reshipping (additional shipping fees apply).

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as “Delivered”, Essentials Wellness Plus is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your package is missing:
Check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.
Allow 24 hours – sometimes carriers mark a package as “Delivered” before it actually arrives.
Contact the shipping carrier to file a missing package claim.
Refunds will NOT be issued for stolen or misplaced packages.
