Essentials Wellness Plus – Refund & Return Policy

At Essentials Wellness Plus, we are committed to providing high-quality holistic wellness products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable and personal nature of our products (such as sea moss gels, elderberry elixirs, herbal teas, and meal prep items), we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been shipped or received.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
We strive to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
✅ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@essentialswellnessplus.com with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged product & packaging
✅ Once reviewed, we will issue either:
• A replacement (if stock is available)
• A store credit for future purchases
• A partial refund (only in special cases)
🚨 Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

3. Order Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Essentials Wellness Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
✅ If your package is missing, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier
• Filing a missing package claim with the carrier

5. Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Orders – If you accidentally placed two identical orders, contact us within 12 hours for cancellation of one.
✅ Incorrect Items Received – If you receive an incorrect product, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
🚨 Refunds will NOT be granted for:
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
❌ Improper storage or usage of products
❌ Allergic reactions (please review ingredients before purchasing)

6. Store Credit Policy
For eligible cases, we offer store credit instead of refunds. Store credits:
✔ Never expire
✔ Can be used on any future purchase
✔ Cannot be exchanged for cash
